Impact Events sends an event-specific email acknowledgment to each attendee after their event form is submitted. The email acknowledgment contains the same information an attendee would see on the success page after filling out the form, as well as a link where they can manage their ticket(s).
An optional PDF Ticket is attached containing a QR Code. This can be enabled via the Send Ticket Attachment checkbox in the Event Manager settings.
For event tickets that are purchased, once the information is written into Salesforce, a tax receipt email with an optional PDF receipt gets issued from Salesforce. A receipt is only issued when the benefit amount is greater than zero.
This email receipt is similar to the one-time gift receipt, with the only difference being the letter design.
