Causeview allows you to issue a single receipt manually for an individual transaction. This can be extremely useful if, after the donation is made, the constituent contacts you and asks for a receipt to be issued immediately, rather than on your schedule.
First, navigate to the constituents Individual record.
Under the related lists, find the transactions list and select the transaction the constituent is requesting a receipt for:
Scroll down until you find the receipt related list and select: New Receipt :
then select the type of Receipt and then hit next :
From the next page you can click on Save.
Using this process you can also re-send an Email Acknowlegement/Receipt as well by scrolling further down and using the proper field "Acknowledgement Letter Details - Plain Text"
