Roll Up Enhancements
The Individual Giving Roll Up has been refined to improve performance. Customers can expect at minimum a 30% improvement.
Configure your scheduled roll ups to run at a custom, preferred batch size for your organization.
More Intelligent Solicitations
When a new gift results in the creation of an allocation record, the associated appeal will have a campaign member record upserted with a status of “Responded.” This will help you avoid asking a donor who has already given to your campaign.
Be Pro-Active for Year-End
The Causeview Settings page will show you potential issues that should be addressed before year-end. Gifts missing contacts and records owned by inactive users will be flagged. This is important as the Year-End Job will create new transactions for active and on-hold Recurring Gifts.
Easier Consolidated Receipting
The consolidated receipting interface will now spot problems before you generate receipts. For a refresher on how to use Causeview Consolidated Receipting see here.
In-App Assistance
We are rolling out new capabilities within your Causeview instance so that you can access help guides from right within the application. You will also receive release notes and customer surveys from directly within Causeview, so that you never miss important communications.
Bug Fixes
Next payment date on Recurring Gifts with multiple active transactions
Updated Apex Class for Gift record creation - some customers encountered an issue where apex classes were conflicting with other apps. By updating the API version this caching error should be eliminated.
