Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of affecting the online visibility of a website or webpage in a search engine's organic results. Generally, the earlier and more frequently a website appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive.
Causeview Impact Designer allows you to define SEO settings for your Impact Pages which helps to improve the visibility of your page, which in turn makes it easier for constituents to find and access the page.
To define SEO settings, click on SEO from the menu on the left of the page.
Populate the following information for your Impact Page:
- Page Title - the page title as shown on organic search results. Defines the title that appears in the browser toolbar and also the default page title when being added to favourites.
- Description - the page description show in organic search results.
- Keywords - set of keywords that will return the page as a result when the keyword is entered in a search engine. You can define as many keywords as you need, separated by a space.
Click on the Save button when you are finished.
After defining your SEO settings, click on Save at the top of the page to save your changes.
