A published Form is a version of the form that is publicly available. Impact Designer provides you with the ability to make changes to your form and save your changes without affecting the published version. When you are ready to make your changes live, you can then re-publish your form.
When you no longer need a form, you can choose to unpublish the form and delete it. Unpublishing a form means that it is no longer publicly accessible. If the form is embedded on a page, unpublishing it means that it will no longer display on the webpage.
You can choose to simply unpublish a form but not necessarily delete it. This is particularly useful when you want to potentially re-use a form at a later time.
This article covers how to unpublish a form.
1) The first step is to navigate to the form you wish to unpublish. From your organization's list of forms, either click on the Form Name or the Edit button.
2) The form designer will now open on your screen. Go to Forms from the menu on top and click on Publish Form.
3) A message will appear, informing you that the form is already published. Click on Unpublish Form.
4) A confirmation message will display on top of the form, informing you that the form has been unpublished. Click on OK.
An unpublished form will continue to display within your organization's list of forms. You can still make changes to an unpublished form, save those changes and choose to republish the form if needed.
