Images can be added to any of your Letters in Causeview. Letters are used in conjunction with email acknowledgements and allow you to specify the content of your email acknowledgement.
Remember that any image you use for your Letters needs to be externally available. If you do not have an externally available web address for your image, you may use the Documents tab to store your image (for step-by-step instructions on how to store images in Documents, click here).
To add an image to a Letter, navigate to any of the Rich Text fields and click on the image icon on top of the text editor.
Go to the Web Address tab (using the upload image option will not work), paste the image address into the URL field and click on insert.

The image will now show up in the text editor. Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Storing Images in Documents
You may use Documents in Salesforce to store images you intend to use for your Letters. First, navigate to the Documents tab.

Click on New.

Enter a Document Name and select Externally available image. Specify the folder where you would like your image document to be stored.

Next, select the image you would like to upload and click on save.

Once the document has been saved, you will see the image you uploaded on your screen. Right click on the image and select Copy Image Address. You can then paste the image address to the URL field in Letters.
