After you log into the New Help Center, you will see the home screen. Navigate to “Submit a Request”
This will allow you to Submit a Request. Once you start typing a topic or issue into the “Subject” field, Causeview Support will use predictive search to show you articles or videos that could assist you with your issue right away, eliminating the need to create a support ticket.
If there are not articles or videos that would assist your issue, please fill out the description area with the exact issues then press the “Submit” button. Some best practices for getting the best results from your Support Ticket are to:
- Include screen shots
- Describe exactly where in the workflow the issue arises
- Use exact record numbers
